Delivery fees
Kramp is our fulfilment partner and its warehouse is based in England.
Delivery is free of charge for orders above £60.
Orders below £60 will be subject to a £4.90 delivery charge.
Delivery times
Kramp is our fulfilment partner and its warehouse is based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. All orders including orders submitted via the Kramp Online Service will be delivered straight to a premises of your choice. All items have same day dispatch from the warehouse.
Deliveries will normally be 1-3 business days. Orders containing dangerous goods and large items may take up to 5 days for certain parts of the UK.
Click and collect option will normally be 1-3 business days. To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to collect items before you have been contacted by Tullibardine Smiddy Ltd to confirm your items have arrived in store.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an updated delivery time.
